InterContinental Danang offers French, Italian gastronomy 








World-renowned chef Michel Roux will join the InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort again from May 24th to 30th to create his signature dishes.



Roux and his friend, renowned Italian chef Giancarlo Perbellini, are to offer a 4 hands gastronomic unique experience Vietnam has never witnessed before: The Best of Italy vs. The best of France.



Guests can join their dinner, master cooking class or chef’s table on May 27, 28 or 29 at the La Maison 1888 restaurant in the resort.



To top it all Roux has invited his long time partner in wine pairing, world renowned wine house Palmer, to join for the week closing dinner on May 30 where a fantastic selection of Palmer wines will be served with Roux’s signature dishes.
