HOI AN (VNS) — Hoi An has again been chosen by Interkultur (Germany) to host the 4th Viet Nam International Choir Competition.
The competition will take place over five days from April 29 with 1,500 artists from 15 countries and territories — Australia, Finland, Germany, India, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Taiwan, South Korea, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand , and Viet Nam – taking part.
Besides the contest at the Hoi An Beach Resort, there will be a street music performance in the ancient town on April 30 and May 1.
There will also be an event on May 2 in which Hoi An will be decked up in early 20th century style and Quang Nam food will be served. — VNS
